Our sister, a great humanitarian, civic leader, and community activist has joined a long line of ancestors whose contribution to humanity continues to have a positive and lasting impact on the lives of Lang Watson family members and people throughout the country and the world. Her ancestors worked as farmers, homemakers, domestic workers, government workers, teachers, civil rights activists, union leaders, soldiers, ministers, missionaries, property owners, business entrepreneurs, and in numerous other occupations and vocations such as musicians and singers, laying a strong foundation for the survival, development and advancement of future generations.
